Let's get to know each other! Lord knows you'll spend hours reading my writing, you might as well get to know the crazy behind the brain a little before investing such a chunk of time determining if you like what I write.
For the sake of clarity and scanning, let's create a bulleted list of some random facts about me.
I am a lover of all things chocolate and pasta. I could really live off both of those forever if my body could function without sending me into a sugar coma.
I also have an extreme aversion to folding laundry...in fact, the two loaded-down laundry baskets eyeing me right now will keep me writing just a bit more to put off the grueling inevitable.
Jos one of over seven names I respond to depending on who, what, when, where, and why. My best overall is "mama" though...it doesn't hurt to have two adorable hurricanes with gaps in their teeth calling me it.
My sense of humor is cringy. My husband tells me I should do a standup routine with my "mom joke" material because it's so bad, it's funny. It's a miracle Took from The Wreckage of Light came out the way he did.
I CANNOT take a non-awkward picture for the life of me. It's the opposite of Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother. Gosh, I wish I could, but every time I see a camera, I break out into a sweat.
Lastly, I CANNOT wait to hear from readers. I may not be able to respond to everything, but I hold such a place in my heart for everyone and anyone who makes dreams come true. And dear readers, y'all are my fairy godmothers(fathers, sisters, cousins, etc) who are making my dreams a reality. Thank you for your time and enthusiasm. Whether, you've been behind me from the first paragraph I wrote or just jumping on the train now, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
